2 Minute Vegan Parmesan Recipe

Cashew-based, super simple and delicious!

Servings: 1 cup
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp quality vegetable stock powder
  • 1/4 tsp fine Himalayan or sea salt
  • Pinch garlic powder
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse for 1-2 seconds at a time, scraping down the sides between pulses until a fine crumb texture is achieved (avoid over-processing).

  2. Sprinkle on pastas, pizzas, nachos, wraps, salads... anything and everything really! This will keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
